Build low-temperature liquefied natural gas stations. Gas-fired distributed energy is a key energy-saving technology clearly defined in the 13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation in Zhejiang Province and an effective way for Jiuli to build a green manufacturing demonstration enterprise. According to preliminary calculations, 1349.94 tons of standard coal can be saved each year, and carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 3,05.67 tons. The natural gas is generated by a gas internal combustion generator set, and the generated electricity is connected to the grid to meet the power demand of the plant. At the same time, the flue gas generated by the generator set is used as the heat source of the waste heat boiler to produce steam. In order to make full use of the waste heat of the generator set, the boiler make-up water first passes through the high temperature cylinder jacket water produced by the generator set to exchange heat, and then the heat exchanged water enters the waste heat boiler.
Energy conservation
(1) Waste heat recovery: use the waste heat of boiler exhaust gas to dry and reduce the company's sludge treatment.
(2) Hot water recycling: install water filter and steam electric valve to realize timing switch and hot water reuse.
