The Company's architectural design and construction always run through the concept of green and environmental protection, and the main structure of the plant is a steel truss structure. In the design stage of the plant, the lighting, electricity, indoor temperature adjustment, and domestic water have been planned, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction by means of increasing daylighting, siphon drainage, and rainwater collection.
The Company strives to build an information management platform centered on ERP, MES, and SAP, and a world-advanced production line for welded pipes and seamless pipes. For example: the ultra-long and high-quality seamless heat exchange tube project is currently the world's most advanced fully automated seamless heat exchange tube production line, which achieves energy saving and environmental protection effects by recycling and reusing the degreasing liquid through the internal and external degreasing system, microcomputer control treatment of residual gas in bright heat treatment furnace and other means.
The Company has invested a lot of money to build low-temperature liquefied natural gas stations and photovoltaic distributed power stations to generate power for self-use and transport the excess power to the grid. The 10KV high-voltage side is connected to the grid and connected to the workshop dedicated line. The Company also reuses waste heat and recycles hot water, striving to achieve energy economy and recycling.
