1.The company's architectural design and construction has always run through the concept of green environmental protection, the company's greening construction has the characteristics of reasonable plant collocation, rich seedling category and so on. Seedlings have Cinnamomum camphora, Osmanthus, Ginkgo biloba, Acer acerbata, Begonia, oleander, Huangshan Luan tree, red leaf heather, black, acacia and other varieties. The whole park is full of vitality. It is estimated that although as a manufacturing industry, the green rate of the company is 27 and the outdoor permeable surface area accounts for 61.4% of the total outdoor area.

2.The main structure of the factory area is steel truss structure
(1) The buildings with light weight, high strength and steel structure are about 1/2 of the weight of the reinforced concrete buildings, which meet the needs of large space and increase the area by about 4% compared with the reinforced concrete;
(2) It is safe and reliable and has the function of resisting wind and resisting earthquake;
(3) The production of steel structure components in the factory can reduce the workload, shorten the construction period, meet the requirements of industrialization, that is, save resources and reduce some unnecessary pollution;
(4) The steel structure factory has reliable quality, accurate size and convenient installation;
(5) Steel structural materials can be recycled and environmental pollution can be reduced when constructed and dismantled.

3.the design stage of the plant takes into account the energy saving and emission reduction of lighting, indoor temperature regulation, domestic water and so on. ：
(1) In the aspect of lighting and electricity consumption, large-scale lighting panels are added to the design and construction of the roof structure, and the lighting panels are reasonably arranged, so that the ordinary lighting lamps in the workshop can meet the production needs of the employees only by opening 50% during the day, which greatly reduces the lighting consumption.
(2) In the aspect of indoor temperature regulation, the ventilation tower is added to the roof and the grille window is added to the upper part of the exterior wall, so that the indoor and outdoor air can reach natural circulation and adjust the indoor temperature
(3) To replace the traditional roof drainage by means of siphon drainage. In order to cooperate with the siphon drainage system, our company has built a new Rain Water collection pool (1000 cubic meters) on the west side of the pipe fittings branch plant to transform the circulating pool for cooling the equipment. After the rainwater is collected from the siphon pipe, it enters the rainwater collection pool and circulation pool through each pipe. The collected Rain Water is mainly used for the irrigation of greening in the park and partly replenishes the circulating pool. By selecting water-saving sanitary ware, the water consumption of toilet is greatly reduced.
 Through preliminary estimate, the company through gas building renovation, siphon drainage renovation, rainwater collection pool and other measures, so that the workshop living electricity consumption reduced by 28%, living water consumption reduced by 21%.
