Recently, the team leader and above of CNOOC Jinzhou Pipeline Co., Ltd. came to Jiuli, the two sides had an exchange and discussion on carrying out fine management activities.
At the forum, Kyuri introduced the progress and successful experience of 5S field management from concept implementation, fixed management, cleaning activities, production standards, training implementation, inspection to solidification results since the implementation of lean production management in 2008. CNOOC Jinzhou Pipeline introduced the experience and understanding of how to do a good job in 6S site management, shared with Jiuli advanced management concepts such as "quality and benefit", "team construction", "income increase and expenditure reduction", and discussed with Jiuli representative the fine management measures to meet the requirements of market competition and the long-term development of the enterprise.
