The process pipes are mainly large-diameter welded 800H pipes. Jiuli has the most advanced 630 automatic straight seam welding machine (a full set imported from abroad) in China, and the large-diameter 800H welded pipes produced have also been successfully applied in the actual polysilicon cold purification plant. After nearly 2 years of practical operation, the material has not corroded, and the pressure-bearing of the material has fully met the design requirements.

International advanced level

The 800H polysilicon pipes and fittings produced by Jiuli have been widely used in two sets of domestic devices at present. Most pipes used by the equipment are small-diameter seamless pipes.
