Material selection recommendation

The main materials of the pipes should consider austenitic, martensite, (super) duplex stainless steel, iron-nickel-based alloy, titanium alloy, etc.
High-end oil well pipes should have high strength, high toughness, high elasticity, high pressure and high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance and other properties.
Special threaded casings should meet the requirements of various complex geological conditions.
Economical casings should consider H40 or lower steel grade.
The line pipes should consider materials with high strength, large strain resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, and bimetal composite pipe.

Order

The Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) order of 281km duplex steel line pipe was the largest order of the type in the world at that time. This batch of large-diameter duplex steel line pipes were mainly used for natural gas transportation under the environment of high chloride ion corrosion.

Stainless steel tube

In CNPC's Tangshan LNG project, Jiuli's large-diameter stainless steel 1067mm*12.7mm double-length 12m single-longitudinal welded pipe was the largest domestic stainless steel pipe used at the LNG terminal at that time. It successfully replaced imports and changed the status quo of dependence on imports.

Domestic Products

The stainless steel tube order for four Hudong-Zhonghua LNG ships of 172,000 cubic meters provided by Jiuli has realized the localization of the stainless steel tubes of the whole LNG ship for the first time.

Supply

Jiuli's nickel-based alloy pipes have been successfully supplied to natural gas wells with high H2S and CO2 content in Yuanba Gas Field of Sinopec Southwest Bureau, and natural gas wells with high H2S and CO2 content in Puguang Gas Field (Maoba block, Dawan block) of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oil Field.
